A candidate must provide recent TB clearance. “Recent” is defined as obtained within the last 60 days. Clearance can be provided in one of the following ways:

Negative TB test

Chest x-ray
-
Medical note from Dr. stating patient does not currently have TB

TB Risk Assessment completed by medical personnel
Documentation must be submitted as a PDF. It cannot be submitted as a jpeg or screenshot and converted to a PDF.
Candidates that attend SSU should contact the Student Health Center to inquire about obtaining clearance through the Health Center.
